Last night was so fun!! Sam and I were talking about how on tv or movies, kids always sneak out by tying sheets together and using it as a rope. We were joking about how funny that would be to do, but then we actually wanted to do it. So we went and opened her window ahead of time because her doors/windows have alarms. When her parents went to bed, we got like 4 sheets and tied them all together. Well, actually I did because Sam claimed to have no upper arm strength. On one end, I tied the sheet to the bathroom door hinge and we threw the other end out the window. Sam is scared of heights so when we got outside she got nervous. I held onto the sheets as she went down because I wanted to make sure I tied them tight enough. She got down and I came down after her. The neighbor's dogs started barking so we ran down the street. lmao Sam had a breakdown and started running home but she finally settled down and we walked to Mel's house. We were gonna go to Jenna's too but Sam just wanted to go home. :( Oh well, it was fun while it lasted. When we got home her parent's door was open more than it was when we left. Scary! So yea, we went to sleep at like 6..
My mom picked me up today at 1, and we went to the hospital. My dad had surgery and we were visiting with him. We were supposed to take him home also but they need him to spend the night.
School tomorrow. If we have a new class second semester, do we go to our first semester class first? Or just straight to our second semester class? :/

I'm at Sam's. She is such a funny kid. Right now she is eating a pizza taco and watching Smart Guy. We saw Lord of the Rings tonight. At the beginning we were going to leave because it was confusing but we stayed and it ended up being really good! On the way there her dad was like, "I want to see the second movie before I see the third one." So I told him I would bring all of them over when the third one came out on video, and we could sit down and watch them. Her dad was like "YES! We can be Ring Heads! Like you are Conan Heads!! I want to be the cute one!!! Orlando Bloom!" hahaha It was hilarious. I'm gonna go watch Smart Guy..

SUSY DID MY LAYOUT!! I love it sooo much! She rocks!!! :D
I am so tired. I went to sleep last night at 6. Emily, Krystal, Nicolai, and Corey came over for awhile yesterday. We just talked, and walked around my neighborhood, and sat outside on their tailgate. They went home a little after midnight. Krystal, Emily, and I talked, watched The Sweetest Thing and A Walk to Remember. Oh and they were online of course. We fell asleep at 6, and Emily had to leave at 8 to go to a basketball game. Krystal left at like 10 to take her grandma to the airport. I've been sleeping all day. :/ I'm too tired to write, I'll post later.

Hey! Hope everybody had a good new years eve and new years. I went to Robyn Rubin's with some other people last night...she has the niiicest house. It has like everything. FOOZBALL! I love it! Okay but anyway, yeah we hung out and had a good time. Sam called me at midnight so the first thing she said to me was Conan! :D
I came home at like 2 or 3 and my dad was in my room PAINTING. Okay whaat the hell. He didn't ask me if I wanted it done, he just did it. I hate how people don't respect anything of mine. My room is the one place I can actually go for privacy, but my parents took the curtains and blinds off of my windows. And I told them not to. Ughhh.. I guess it could be worse (Emily getting her door taken away)
I really liked 2003. So many things have happened differently. I have met a lot more people, I can actually stand going to school. Last year I was unhappy a lot of the time. I didn't show it or express it but I felt it.. Well anyway, I hope every one has a good year in 2004!
Sophomores = 2 more years till we graduate :)

Just got back from the movies! Sam, Andrea, and I saw Peter Pan. Okay don't think I'm a pedophile(sp?) or anything but Peter Pan (Jeremy Sumpter) is really cute! At first I was just like "whoa, he is gonna be hot when he grows up"..but I'm not gonna lie, he is hot now. It isn't that bad, he is only a year younger than me. Okay but anyway, the ending sucked. It was so sad..I thought it was a joke or something until the credits rolled. :( The rest of the movie was really cute. The best part is when Wendy says "Why Peter, it’s perfectly wonderful the way you talk about girls!" Peter's expression after she says that is HOT!
All day we had been planning to play Laser Quest but on the way there we decided to turn around and go to the movies! I went to Sam's house before the movies. She put a blanket on the floor and we had a picnic! :) It was cute. Her mom was making fun of me though. She thinks Sam pays me to be her friend.
After the movie we went in the lobby place and saw Dezi, Sarah, and Nicole. Sarah got a picture phone..it's pimp.
Today at work, my mom was calling for a patient and this little old guy came up to her and handed her a little pamphlet that says "You're Special". She was reading it when she got home and it made her cry because she was touched by all the things it said inside. It was soo cute! Thought I'd share.
Whoa, this is all really out of order. Okay, well I'm gonna change my picture to Jeremy. :D

Okay so Sally's birthday is Tuesday. She is in California, but she is getting back at 10pm tomorrow. Bekah and I were gonna go to the airport and meet her with balloons and stuff. Bekah was supposed to come home tomorrow so that we could, but she is staying in Laredo until Wednesday! So yeah I'm really sad the plans fell through, because it would've been so fun. Also, we were gonna bring her breakfast on Wednesday but that won't be possible either because Bekah isn't coming home in the morning. :(
Today Emily woke me up at 11. I was mad about that even though I told her to. Oh well. We met at Krystal's at 1 and her mom took us to North Star. Emily had a game at 6, so we walked around and stuff till around 5. Krystal got 2 shirts and pants, Me and Emily didn't get anything. Except food. :)
My mom picked me up at Krystal's and we went to Target where I got a CD. They have a crappy selection of CDs!! Oh well, I'm gonna go somewhere else and get all the soundtracks I want. I really want to get the Cheaper by the Dozen soundtrack! Laurie, Sam, and I were singing along with the movie..haha Is that soundtrack out yet?! Hmm..

Yesterday Laurie and I went to Sam's house. I set up her livejournal kind of, so she can write in it. At like 7, we went to the movies and saw Cheaper by the Dozen. That's an awesome movie.
Afterwards, we went to this great restraunt. When we sat down, this waiter came over and asked what we wanted to drink. We all got water, big spenders. Then, this other waiter came over and just started talking to us..he was really cool. While we were talking to him, a waitress came over and was like "Get away from my table! What can I get you guys to drink?" We told her we already ordered and she was like "wtf? uhh lemme go see who has your drinks then.." A waiter sat down next to me and he was like "SHOTS ALL AROUND!!" haha When I asked for a recommendation for food EVERY waiter/waitress in the place crowded around our table and was saying what is good, and what isn't. Laurie and Sam said it was my bday so I got a free brownie and they sang to me. fun. I got a balloon too. :)
We went back to Sam's and just hung out. Laurie and I were laying on Sam's bed at like 2 having deep thoughts about how small we are compared to the world. hahaha after that Laurie just kind of..passed out. Sam and I had a sing off till like 4. Then, Sam passed out. In the morning we had pancakes and biscuits. delicious. I got home and took a nap...and now I'm just sitting here.

Didn't do much today. Sam called and we were gonna go hang out, we made all these plans, but then my mom wouldn't take me out there so we are gonna do stuff tomorrow!! Emily, Krystal, Nicolai, and Corey wanted to go hang out so they gave me a ride and we went to AMC. We planned to see Cheaper by the Dozen but it was sold out! Not cool. I saw John..he was the ticket tearer! haha We walked around inside aimlessly. It was really boring so we went to Huebner Oaks. Emily and Nicolai went on their own. Krystal, Corey, and I walked to different stores trying to find a safety pin for my pants cause they were too loose! Corey wanted icecream so we went to Marble Slab and realized Krystal had dropped/forgotten my cell somewhere. ahh We went to many a different store and found it at Ross. Went back to AMC. Exchanged presents. Krystal got me this cuute angel ornament of "Me, Emily, and Krystal". She also got me this shrinky art thing. Corey gave us those rare $2 bills. Nicolai is gonna bring my present over here tomorrow. And Krystal's.
Krystal said that Ray wants to do something with us tomorrow, so I guess we're gonna go to the movies. Maybe we can actually see Cheaper by the Dozen! Bekah got her car today!! She was driving around and she almost came over, but she didn't think I wanted her to or something. So Bek said she would come over here tomorrow if she can, before she goes to Laredo. Whoo! + we are gonna hang out on New Years! Having a license and a car is great, can't waaaait.
EDIT: I saw Robyn at the movies!!!! I love that girl! Emily and Krystal said she was cute..that's my Robyn :) She was with a hot guy named Michael. *mmm*

It's Christmas!! Hope everyones was great. Last night at around 12, Cammie wanted to make cookies so we took out cookie cutters, flour, cookie dough, icing, food coloring, sprinkles, and stuff. We worked hard for like 2 hours and made around 100 cookies. I have noo clue why. Cammie wanted to use up all the cookie dough, so yeah. This morning my mom woke us up at 8:30 with christmas music. I was so pissed but I didn't want to ruin her mood so I just kept quiet. When everyone got up, my mom handed out all the presents..we opened them.
We got my dad this $500 digital camera and he's in love with it. haha My mom got some gift cards, a cd, and a dvd. My brothers got..stuff. I got some giftcards, money, a game, cute little boy undies!, DVDs, candy, CDs, ... from my parents. Matt got me this little toy called a doodle dude I think. It's awesome. Everybody should have one. Cammie got me a DVD. It was fun!
Mike and Cammie left to open presents and have lunch with Cammie's family. We watched Pirates of the Caribean and made dinner: turkey (this new thing where you fry it?), mashed potatoes, cranberry sauce, rolls, dressing, deviled eggs, and just a lot of yummy things. We ate at around 7, after Mike and Cammie got home. Many leftovers!! :) Mike was all "Katie you made these potaoes?! SPEECH!" hahaha <3
Sam called and wanted to do something today but my dad wouldn't let me cause it's "family time". Mike and I were singing along to Matt's cd when Sam called. twas funny.
I WANT A CAR.

Hello! I didn't really go shopping tonight, except to get Cammie's parent's presents. My mom and I went to get tomorrow's turkey from James' house. He cooked it for us some weird way..I don't really get it. But I get to eat it tomorrow and it smells delicious! :) When we got home, Mike and Cammie made tamales and stuff so we ate that for dinner.
I miss Krystal! She has been at her dad's house for the past week but me and Emily just called her and talked for awhile. Mike punched me in the stomach instead of just asking me to get off the phone. He can be such a jerk. :/
I took a picture of my Christmas tree. Maybe I can figure out how to put it on here! If you want to tell me how, feel free. Well anyway, hope you guys have a great Christmas/Hanukkah/Kwanzaa/...

Yesterday was kind of boring. I was supposed to go hang out with Gilbert, Susy, and Bek but I didn't want to see Mona Lisa's Smile. Instead I went shopping with my dad! I got The Beatles-Naked CD, The Pirates of the Caribbean DVD for my mom, and some football movie for Matt. Today I think I'm going shopping with Cammie for Mike's present. Yeah, I saved some shopping for Christmas Eve, the best time to go. My dad called my cell this morning at 10 because he thought we were already out shopping. at ten. no.
I just remembered that I was supposed to call my cousin yesterday. She asked me to go caroling with her and her friends. Yeah right! Me caroling..That would be soo bad on the ears.
I figured out how to make the icon, the background, and change the comment thing but I am way too lazy to do it right now. Maybe later.. Okay, well I'm gonna go make Ramen :)

Yesterday was a lot of fun! Emily and Laurie came over at around 6! Laurie got me a shirt from American Eagle and Emily got me 2 shirts from...somewhere. <3
We went to McDonalds and Taylor came over as we were leaving so he just sat on the couch playing games till we got home. After we ate, Taylor took us to Blockbuster and we got What Lies Beneath! Then, we walked over to H-E-B and compared our blood pressures..
We drove on some back road with nothing but a warehouse. It was sooo scary! I opened the door and rolled out of the Sexterra but Taylor didn't see me so he just started driving away! ahh I'm glad Emily said something :/ I was worried some mob men would come outside and shoot me..
So when we got back home Taylor crawled through my window and broke my curtain off. That was interesting. Taylor got his curfew extended till 12 so we watched What Lies Beneath for awhile..
I think I'm going somewhere with Bekah, Sally, Susy, and Gilbert tonight!! Can't wait!
